The strap holder is attached under the holding forks of the lower body of the Paetzold by Kunath basset recorders. It has an eyelet into which a carrying strap can be hooked.
This allows you to carry the basset recorder like a saxophone and play it comfortably while standing or walking. The carrying strap holder is particularly convenient on the 3D-printed SOLO models, which are significantly lighter than the MASTER models made of birch plywood.
